RATES
All orders within the US are shipped through USPS Ground Shipping:
Flat Rate Fee $7.99
Free Shipping for orders over $100.
International Shipping varies depending on location.
*International orders may be subject to customs and taxes if they apply, and you are responsible for those fees in addition to shipping charges above*
Once it leaves the US, upon arrival at your country, it will go through Customs Clearance and tax duty assignments. As a buyer and a citizen, you are responsible for any requirements from your government regarding the merchandise that you ordered. After that, your post office will sort and deliver the package to your purchase order's shipping address.
Due to international Customs regulations, the declared values of your merchandise must match the purchased prices or your package will not be released to you until duty tax is paid.
TIMELINES and FAILED DELIVERIES:
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery of your order if in the U.S. Please allow 2-5 weeks for international orders to arrive depending on each country's customs inspection and postal delivery practices.
Please make sure you enter your correct shipping address. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to resend your package. Please be careful when you enter your shipping address!
It is your responsibility as a buyer to track the package. If you haven't received your package within 30 business days within the United States or 45 business days if outside the United States, please do let us know so that we can help you. If you fail to report it to us, we won't be able to help file a claim with the carrier to find your package.
If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, Fudge Apparel is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise. Again please double check your address and/or unit/apt numbers are correct.
We ship via USPS for domestic orders. Your invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. Fudge Apparel is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control. Fudge Apparel is not responsible for product that have been marked DELIVERED.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Often times international shipping providers have an international hub where they sort and re-send packages around the globe. Once your package has left the United States it may end up in the international hub for sorting and shipping to your country. This can add to the delivery time, but is standard practice for some carriers.
